By employing the crochet pattern technical editing services of MUNIRA RASUL T/A CHROMA CROCHET, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The nature of the tech edit will be discussed in advance. Completion of my checklist (separate document) will help me understand exactly what needs to be checked.

2. I can not give an accurate estimate of time needed to complete the edit until I see the full pattern in advance.

3. You are not obliged to pay for my editing services on sending me the full pattern until I have estimated how long it will take, and you accept my estimate.

4. You must provide a deadline date for the final edit of the pattern to be returned. If the deadline can not be met, this will be discussed in advance and either a new date agreed or an invoice will be submitted for any editing work completed by the original deadline, should you wish not to proceed to a later deadline.

5. If you require editing of charts (or would like me to include a chart/s), grading, meterage estimates etc, this will take more time to complete so we can agree in advance if this is something you wish to include in the edit.

6. I will not share in full or excerpt, any part of your pattern.

7. We can agree how you would like your pattern marked up. Typically, I make a copy of your document and will usually make any formatting changes but any changes to the technical aspect of your pattern (stitch counts, repeats etc) I usually add a comment against the section. This document copy will then be emailed to you to make your changes.

8. Once you have made your changes, I am happy to make a final edit of the pattern.

9. My invoice will be sent with the final edit copy and this needs to be paid in full in 10 days from receipt.

10. If you are a new client, I am happy to undertake a free edit on a sample of the pattern with no obligation to proceed to the full edit.
